Please call us on 020 7730 7030 between 13:00 and 15:00 to enquire about your test results when our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request. They can pass the call to a doctor or nurse if necessary, or arrange an appointment or telephone consultation for you to discuss your results with the appropriate clinician.  

Receptionists will only convey a message from the doctor and cannot enter into detailed conversations about your health, medication or test results. 

Results for blood tests normally take 4 working days and X-Rays 7-10 working days to arrive. 

Please be aware that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
