Important Information
Currently the NHS is very busy responding to the Coronavirus pandemic and, at certain times, your GP practice may need to prioritise patients with the most urgent health needs. The sharp rise in Covid-19 infections in London has also led to an increased demand for hospital care which may mean a delay in providing routine outpatient appointments. More information on this can be viewed here
Please be aware the 111 service is currently under extreme pressure in our area. The surgery is open as normal, except on Sundays and bank holidays.
If you have a health issue that isn’t urgent, advice is available on the NHS website www.nhs.uk or NHS app or you can speak to your local pharmacist. You can also the North West London Health Apps Library or use e-consult which is available through our practice website below. If you aren’t sure what to do, please contact the practice who can advise you on how to get the help you need.
Please continue to attend tests, vaccinations and screening when invited. If you have not been invited to attend the practice please contact us by phone or email first to see if we can resolve your query remotely.
If you need non-covid medical help at weekends, please call the practice at any time and you will be advised of the extended hours GP service telephone number for our area. If you have COVID symptoms at the weekend, please go to www.111.nhs.uk or call 111. In a medical emergency, you should dial 999 as usual.
www.111.nhs.uk is also available 24/7 for urgent health advice or by calling 111, and 999 is for emergencies.
For more information on Coronavirus and the Covid Vaccine Program please see our news page or our Covid-19 information page which can be found here.
Thank you for supporting the NHS.
Welcome to Belgrave Medical Centre
Belgrave Medical Centre is a well-established NHS GP Practice.
In this Practice we believe that it is our responsibility to help maintain people in good health rather than simply to treat them when they are ill.
For these reasons we work as a team of doctors, nurses, health visitors and counsellors. We link to the local community-based psychiatric teams, other support teams, drug dependency groups, alcohol support services and social services.
The Practice values are Compassion Aspiration Respect and Equality.
In addition to treating minor ailments we also provide specialist management of long-term conditions including dedicated clinics such as health checks, baby clinics and diabetes management clinics.
We also provide an online service so that you can book an appointment or request a prescription at any time and anywhere.
